Pwllglas is a quaint village four miles south of the hilltop town of Ruthin, which lies to the north of Llangollen via the breathtaking Horseshoe Pass. There is a village shop where visitors can enjoy coffee and a cake before heading off to discover the surrounding area which includes a nearby butterfly conservation area and an old fort.
