  • "Overall we had a lovely stay in a super little house."

Just one point we would wish to mention which is the floor in the kitchen. There are some very pronounced loose sections in front of the sink and the cooker which we were concerned might break when stood upon. So we spent the whole time stepping over them where possible. Not easy when it came to washing up, filling the kettle or indeed cooking! We did raise the matter with Helen who simply said it had always been like that. Whilst that may be so it was a little worrying.Would hate future guests to have a problem. Having said that we would stay there again as the property otherwise was delightful.

Thank you very much for the feedback. I can confirm we have now fixed the floorboard in the kitchen. You are quite right with regards to it being a nuisance. My apologies for any inconvenience this may have cursed. We do hope you would consider booking with us again, we much appreciate the positive feedback regarding the property as a whole. • "The property was lovely."

However when we arrived Helen was at a loss and didn’t realise we were booked so the cottage hadn’t been cleaned and beds changed. She gave us the key code and came along quite quickly to sort out the cleaning. She couldn’t apologise enough and soon had everything sorted. As I said cottage was really good and well equipped - just communication between Sykes and cleaners could be improved

  • "Lack of information."

TV controls confusing (3 remotes ?).Cracked window pane in bathroom.

Thank you for your valued feedback. We would like to confirm we have resolved the issue with the TV controllers, there is now only one. As for the crack on the inside pane of the double glazed window, this will be replaced during the summer. Thank you for choosing our property for your stay. Property Owner
