Villa Emma

Villa Emma is a vacation home located in the characteristic countryside of Modica in a flat area just a few kilometers from Cava Ispica (prehistoric archaeological site). It dominates the surrounding area. The owner of the house is very child-oriented: he has equipped a special place in the house for the children: in the garden there are slide, swing, playhouse, trampoline and a small children's pool (4 m diameter). In the house there is a table soccer for the entertainment of adults and children. In the large garden, along with the children's games, there are tables, chairs, umbrellas and a corner with barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. 5 bedrooms (3 of them with private bathroom) all with TV, refrigerator and air conditioning. The very spacious kitchen (about 30 m2) is equipped with all comforts (griddle, induction hob, coffee maker). From the kitchen access to the large equipped veranda (sitting area with stereo), protected by windows overlooking the garden.
