Being at the sea front, this great apartment becomes a privilege for those who love the crystalline waters, the sand and rocks, and the warm weather because, apart from the amazing panoramic views, it is only a few steps away from a refreshing dip and glorious moments basking in the sun on the rocks. Our guests will always be amazed during the early breakfasts or the nice evenings with the sunset as their only company at the terrace in front of this spectacular landscape.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator. The luxury is all around and can be felt in the wooden floors and the modern furniture and decoration that will welcome you. The main room is an open and spacious area where living room, dining room and kitchen are all together. Here, you can relax on the sofa while watching a DVD film or the satellite TV channels and the best of it all, spending unforgettable moments with the sea panoramic in the end. You can cook your best recipes with the great stainless steel appliances that include a ceramic hob, an electric oven or a microwave. You will preserve the food in the large fridge and in lots of cabinets. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board also are at the kitchen. The beautiful corridor leads to the bathroom of this accommodation which features a shower, and to the bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other presents two single beds. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Two fans and up to 5 electric radiators complete the equipment.

Can Picafort is perfect for those who love peace and walking along the beach but being surrounded by all services at the same time. In fact, you have just to cross the street to reach the promenade that goes along the coastal line and leads to restaurants and bars where you can taste a delicious paella by the seashore. In the summer, if you don't feel like driving, the bus passes by every 15 minutes and it can lead you to the lively area of Puerto de Alcudia, Puerto de Pollensa or other destinies like the capital of the island, Palma.

Please, note that there are no blinds in the accommodation.

positiv: Am besten ist einfach die Lage. Der Balkon ist super, nicht mal 1 minute vom Bett bis zum Strand. Das Wasser ist kristallklar. Parkmöglichkeit an der Strasse, man muss ein bisschen flexibel sein. negativ. Das Doppelbett ist recht schmal, leider keine Klimaanlage.
