And all this tranquility, with the advantage of being located just a few meters from the center of Torremolinos and having road and train connections very close. The location of the accommodation is excellent, either by taking the private elevator to the Paseo de la Carihuela/Playa del Bajondillo or through the reception, it has all the food, restaurant and leisure businesses you may need.
Cozy and newly renovated studio with incredible views of the sea from the private balcony and the impressive terrace of the building. The reform of the apartment has been done in the spring of 2019 adding simplicity and quality to the accommodation. You can enjoy a study with a natural painting from the living room. On the terrace, a 180º view will always provide you with a vision of the sea from any point of the accommodation.
Due to the orography in which the apartment is located and the arrangement of its terrace, you will always be able to see the beautiful sunrises of the Costa del Sol.
The common spaces of the accommodation are distributed over a large, spacious gazebo, with garden furniture and a bar (drinks not included in the price) where you can enjoy the large pool with access for people with reduced mobility.
We warn you that the pool hours may change, so upon arrival always check with the concierge or pay attention to the notifications that the community provides by the accommodation building.
If you are traveling with children (cot and high chair must be requested in advance and are included in the price) don't worry, the perimeter of the common areas is fenced with high-rise fences. There is a special pool for children and access to the elevators to the beach are restricted only to users of the complex through modern coded cards.
The distribution of the study is very simple and functional. Living room with double bed and sofa bed (to open the sofa bed you will have to move the bed a little to the left). It also has a table and chair for four people in the living room and a very functional kitchen that is hidden behind sliding doors. The ceramic hob kitchen has everything you need so you can enjoy your meals on the fantastic 10-square-meter terrace that the accommodation has.
The 3rd and 4th places have a supplement and will be located in a comfortable sofa bed.
