It is an ideal home for families or for anyone who wants to enjoy a holiday near the leisure and beach attractions of the tourist centers that are only 10 minutes away by car, but also prefers a quiet and secluded place in a residential environment.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
