There is a french-style kitchen and a private courtyard with summer outside furniture. It is equipped with furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. There is also an underground parking space included in the rental duration. The salon is equipped with air-conditioner. Television Spanish. In the same building there is a network supermarket "Consum". Nearby there are many bars and restaurants, a pharmacy and a bus stop. To the sea and the beach of Del Cura it is a 5-7 minutes’ walk.
