Ideal for those who want to stay close to the beach, but in a quiet area.
Close to supermarket, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bars, etc.
NOTE: Only 8 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a cash payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The refund must be made within 3 days after check-out. The deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.
- Water, electricity and gas consumption costs (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for a 30-day reservation).
The meter readings are taken at the entrance and exit to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests to Nuris2u.
If the excess is not paid, the company reserves the right to deduct the amount of the deposit.
