The 350m² villa with capacity for 10 people has a lounge, living room, dining room, separate kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and a gym, all distributed over three floors and with spacious and bright rooms.
On the ground floor, from where you access the villa, we find 2 bedrooms, both with double beds and en suite bathrooms, which have access to a beautiful terrace with views. On this floor you can also enjoy a full gym and a wonderful jacuzzi to relax looking at the sea. Either going up the stairs, or by elevator, you can access the rest of the floors.
On the main floor is where the spacious living room is located with large windows overlooking the sea, which create a very bright and spectacular space. A large sofa sits in front of the flat screen television and a gas fireplace. Just behind you can enjoy an elegant dining room, with a large wooden table and comfortable seats. Next, there is the modern independent kitchen that is fully equipped with induction, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The kitchen has an island with stools and another beautiful wooden dining table that connects to a cozy living room with a sofa and television. Already on the upper floor are the rest of the bedrooms, all with double beds, en suite bathrooms, work desk and large windows to get up and contemplate the ocean. The entire main floor has direct access to the wonderful exterior, which has a covered terrace with an outdoor dining table, a chillout area with sofas, hammocks for sunbathing and hanging chairs. All of this is completed by the wonderful infinity pool with panoramic views of the sea and the port of Jávea. Everything in this house invites you to relax and enjoy a perfect vacation on the Mediterranean coast.

It is located just 1 km from the Port area, which offers a rocky beach and all services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and bars. The town of Jávea is 4 kilometers away and the Arenal area with the sandy beach 4 kilometers away. The airport "ALC" is 102 km. You must have a car to get around the area.

On the beautiful Mediterranean coast, the city of Jávea is a pleasant place that delights visitors to the Costa Blanca with its lively marina and beautiful beaches. There are also multiple sports activities to participate in, such as sailing, diving and snorkelling, golf tennis, even hiking up the Montgó. The sea is of great importance in Jávea, and its excellent restaurants make the most of it by serving expertly prepared fish dishes with the best of the day's catch.
