Entrance to the villa is via steps from the private parking. The main living area is spread over one floor: 2 bedrooms (one double and 1 twin), the cool air-conditioned lounge with kitchen/dining area, the main bathroom and the spacious terrace offering breathtaking seaviews.

The third bedroom is located on the upper floor, has air-conditioning as well as an en-suite WC with basin and is accessed by a spiral staircase. The private pool with sun terrace, sunbeds and shades attracts sun all day long and is the perfect place to relax.

Living Room The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
