The Villa This property is ideally located in a quiet rual area, in the exclusive principality of Adeje, South Tenerife. This unique property is situated in a quiet rural location but is only 3km from the town of Adeje and 5km from the nearest beach at Costa Adeje There are local restaurants, bars and large supermarkets etc nearby and is less than 2km from the villa. The water parks of Siam park and Aqua land are just 5km away. Car hire is strongly recommended at this villa. For those golfers amongst you, the championship course at Costa Adeje is just a 5 minute drive away, and the course at Las Americas can be reached within 10-15 minutes. Accommodation: You enter into the grounds of this villa through the private electric gates. The villa is all on one level and is suitable for wheelchairs. The L shaped lounge has 4 sofas for seating 10 guests. There is a large flatscreen TV with British terrestrial TV channels, plus a DVD player. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and a large 2 seater sofa. There is a ceiling fan and doors leading to one of the terraces. The bedroom also has its own large en suite with bath and shower attachment. Bedroom 2 consists of a double bed and wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, wardrobes and ceiling fan. To enter bedroom 4 you exit the villa on to the terrace, where you will find the separate entrance to this bedroom. This large bedroom consists of a king size bed and fitted wardrobes, plus its own en suite with shower cubicle. The 9th person will be accommodated on a fold up bed. There is a lovely separate dining room with 8 leather chairs and a large table. This room also has beautiful sea views and doors leading to one of the many terraces. The fully fitted kitchen has American fridge freezer with filtered water, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, ceiling fan, toaster, kettle, iron and board and all the things would expect from a villa of this standard. The large family fully tiled shower room has a large walk in shower. There is free wifi throughout the villa, and a safe fitted for your use. The villas has stunning landscaped gardens complete with fruit trees, and a huge outside sunbathing and dining area. There are several terraces with beautiful views over the south of Tenerife. There is also plenty of private parking. The quality large 10m x 3m kidney shaped heated pool has roman steps and is surrounded by artificial grass with 8 sun loungers and sofa type garden furniture. There is a brand new 6 seater hot tub that is available for your use next to the swimming pool. (A separate charge applies). There is a BBQ,and a shaded pergola area with table and chairs. The villa is approximately 20 / 25 minutes from Airport, 5 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car).
