"The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite cloakroom and a twin, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is a wrap-around, decked veranda with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.5 miles and a pub in 1.2 miles. For a rural escape to Cumbria, book Swinside. Note: There are steps up to the lodge; please take care. Note: A fishing lake is nearby, which guests can benefit from with a permit. Note: The property rests on a working farm."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
