Villa Cisne is located on a quiet cobbled street, but only moments away from the strip. Once you arrive at the villa you will notice a fence that surrounds the villa for privacy and security. The villa is located at the end of a cul de sac and is very quiet so you can enjoy the sun without being disturbed. As the villa is located in the heart of Albufeira Town you will be able to enjoy all that Albufeira and the Algarve have to offer on your doorstep. Villa Exterior As you enter the gated entrance you will find an area to park at least 2 cars which will be secure. On the right hand side of the villa you will see a 8x4 meter private swimming pool with BBQ, lawn area, and outside dining area shaded by a percola. There is plenty of room to enjoy the sun from the high quality sun loungers that surround the pool. The villa benefits from large sliding doors that lead to the living, dining and kitchen area for those who have had enough of the sun but still want to look out onto the pool. Villa Interior As you enter the villa you will come into a small hallway with bedroom 1 on the right. Living room: Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area perfect for socialising. Fully air conditioned, with new high quality furniture, three sofas, coffee table, large television table with LCD television. Dining table looks onto the pool with fully integrated modern kitchen. Bedroom 1: twin bedroom, with en suite facilities, sliding wardrobe, and air conditioning. All furniture is brand new. Bedroom 2: En suite with double bed and air conditioning, wardrobe. Bedroom 3: twin bedroom with en suite facilities, air conditioning, and large wardrobe. Bedroom 4: double bed, with fitted wardrobe, and large sliding glass doors, leading out onto the private swimming pool.
