Villa Aveiros is situated on the outskirts of Praia dos Aveiros, in a mature residential area close to the beach, a supermarket, restaurants and night-life with all of Praia da Oura and leisure facilities are within easy reach. This villa has a pleasant open plan lounge/dining room with high ceilings and seating around a feature fireplace. Patio doors open out onto the pool terrace meaning the lounge and dining area benefit from plenty of natural light The kitchen is well fitted with a breakfast table and serving hatch through to the dining area. On the ground floor of this holiday property are two double bedroom with access to the garden and a twin bedroom with suite bathroom (with an Handicap Accessible Shower). Upstairs,there is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a terrace with sea views and a twin bedroom with a small bathroom with shower. Outside, the villa has a spacious lawn area with paved terraces and an outdoor shower by the private pool. There is also a brick barbecue on the terrace for that perfect alfresco experience. All the Villa has Wi-Fi cover and it is wheelchair friendly. Also all the bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning. Transportation like taxis and buses are approximately 300m from home. Buses are available for visit Albufeira and others can be booked in the travel agencies or local shops that will take you to the thematic parks, water parks, like Zoo marine, Krazy World, Bigone, Slide and Splash... For golfers in approximately 15 minutes walking they will find the nearest golf course, Balaia Golf Village (3km) and a little more to reach the Sheraton Pine Cliffs at 10 minutes in a taxi (5km). Night lifers, there are several choices in Oura and Areias de São João, an avenue with all kind of bars, with irreverent cocktails bars and the popular discos near the beaches open until dawn. For those who love football, they can watch the English matches in giant screens (Sky sports, Sport Tv and Euro sport), some bars also have live music, karaoke and snooker. Go to the beautiful beaches of Aveiros and Oura with wonderful rocks, beautiful exotic trees. There are snack bars, restaurants and discos close by. The food is great, choose your favourite restaurant, some with charcoal grilled food, seafood and fish specialities, try the desserts from the Algarve. There are so many, please choose your favourite. The supermarkets are at short walking distance like one of the nearest, Ecomarché. You can also go in a taxi to the Algarve Shopping Centre, it is the biggest commercial centre of the Algarve, its complex offers a wide range of shops, an hypermarket, 9 cinema screens (films in English), ten-pin bowling and fast food including KFC, Mcdonalds and Pizza Hut. For those who love to sail, fishing, deep-fishing and discover the beautiful coast of the Algarve, they can go to the Albufeira Marina. You can go in a cruise and choose from watching the dolphins, do fishing, visit the wonderful caves and grottes.
