Details of the Apartment

The apartment is located in the quality residential urbanisation of Riomar 10, Mil Palmeras, in the Costa Blanca. Unlike many Spanish urbanisations, Riomar has an abundance of greenery in its gardens and beautifully maintained pool areas. All of the properties are privately owned, many indeed owned by Spanish people who use Riomar for the occasional weekend or holiday. The urbanisation, pool & playground areas are often quiet, even as we move towards high season. There are also a number of permanent residents and we feel that this also helps raise the standard of the urbanisation.

The apartment is 300m from the beautiful Blue Flag beach of Mil Palmeras. It is within walking distance of amenities such as restaurants, bars, supermarket, bank, internet café and pharmacy. There are courts within the development for tennis, basketball and soccer and a choice of local golf courses nearby. This is the perfect accommodation if you are looking for a relaxing holiday.

Riomar is located just 5 minutes walk from a supermarket, bank, pharmacy, internet café and the popular Mil Palmeras strip with a variety of restaurants and bars. Eating out in Spain is still relatively inexpensive. A typical Menu del Dia offers a starter, main course and a drink for €10.

This bright airy room has satellite TV with British stations including BBC, ITV, Sky1, Channel 4, as well as radio stations. There is also a dvd player, radio, cd player and ipod docking station. There are air conditioning units in the lounge and main bedroom.

Start your day with breakfast on the south-facing balcony with its pool view, have lunch in the shade thanks to the sunblinds and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as you take in the sunset!

The apartment has its own laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse, iron and ironing board. The balcony can be used to dry your clothes and towels in the sunshine.

Riomar is situated beside the villages of Mil Palmeras and Torre de la Horadada, both firm favourites as holiday locations with Spaniards. With great weather, a chain of unspoilt beach coves, little local bars and restaurants, it has a real family, community feel. It is also a great base for Golf as it is situated only 10/15 minutes away from several top courses. The major town of Torrevieja is only a short drive away.

The Costa Blanca is renowned for its beautiful sandy white beaches Along this 4km long coastline stretch you will find the following beaches: Playa de las Mil Palmeras, Playa del Río, Playa del Gato, Playa de los Jesuítas-Cala Rincón, Playa del Conde y del Cuartel, Playa del Puerto, Playa de las Villas, Playa de las Higuericas and Playa del Mojón.
