Details of the Villa

This spectacular villa is situated within the Rio Park resort, near Mucha Miel and close to the City of Alicante
and at the heart of Spains Costa Blanca. With its incomparable beaches, spectacular inland scenery, modern infrastructure and within a 20 minute drive from Alicante Intl airport, it would be hard to find a finer location. This area is said by the World Health Organisation to have the best climate in Europe and one of the best in the World.
Whether you prefer the tranquillity of Village life or the hussle bussle of the City, at Rio Park you can enjoy the perfect balance between the two. El Casa Gran Mirador (meaning the house with great views) can boast some of the best views in the area, including sea views to the East and the City of Alicante to the South just a few minutes away by car.
Exclusive, luxuriously appointed and well equiped, the accommodation is lavishly spread over three floors and consists of 7 bedrooms, three bathrooms,two kitchens, as well as a games room/lounge, TV/lounge and three balcony/terraced area,s. The ground floor also has several access doors leading to the pool terrace, landscaped gardens and BBQ area. The top two floors are fully air conditioned and all the rooms are fitted with ceiling fans.
Facillities include: Large 33ft x 16ft swimming pool, 14 sun loungers, American pool table, darts, Full HD TV and HD DVD, Wii games console, BBQ, DIY laundry facility, and optioal 4Wd 9 seat Land Rover. child cot, and high chair + car seats.

There are two separate lounging area,s. The lounge on the middle floor has luxurious leather furniture, Full HD 1080 TV, HD DVD with a selection of DVD films. and a Wii games console complete with games. A double access door leads onto a covered, south facing terrace with additional cane furniiture. An ideal lair for the smokers to relax and take in the view.
The ground floor lounge is less formal and is designed to facillitate the games room and pool terrace / BBQ area.

The mid floor kitchen area is very well equiped and has all you might expect from a property of high spec catering for 14 plus people. The ground floor kitchen is due for completion during 2011 and has been primarily designed to facillitate the BBQ and pool terrace.

There are 5 twin rooms and 2 double rooms all equiped with wardrobes and bed side tables. All of the rooms have ceiling fans and the top 2 floors are air conditioned. As the Villa is built into the mountain, air conditionig is not thought nessersary on the ground floor.

There are two spacious bathrooms ( one additional bathroom to be completed during 2011) Each is equiped with a shower unit with a full size bath on the top floor only. There is an additional shower at the side of the pool area.

There are endless activities available from SCUBA diving to a night at the theatre and from a browse around the local market to quad biking in the mountains. Aqualandia water park is always a hit with the kids or how about an adult pub crawl in Benidorm. Alicante has no fewer than 9 golf coarses or maybe you prefer a trip inland to the historic old fortress at Guardalest. What ever your taste you can find it here. The local town of Mutxmiel is a "proper" old Spanish town and although it has all the mod cons, you may struggle to find an English speaker as it remains largely undiscovered by the Brits. The local,sea side resort of El Campello is right on the doorstep and a quieter alternative to Alicante City.
The immediate area is a quiet residential area and apart from a couple of local bars offers little by way of entertainment. For this reason car hire is recommended for the independent traveller. Local shops, supermarkets and the gorgeous beaches are all within a few minutes drive

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Prices are based on 8 people self catering. Additional people will be charged at £15.00 per person per night.
A 20% non refudable deposit will confirm your booking and the full balance will become due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
A responsible lead adult of not less than 35 years old must accompany each party.
A Valid credit card will be required on your arrival. The details of which will be recorded and you will be asked to sign a declaration/ waiver, which may be viewed on our web site at "holidayvillaalicante.com" El Casa Gran Mirador. This is to safe guard us against dammage to the property etc. and to eleviate the worry of you having to find a large deposit to cover any dammage your party may inflict on the Villa.
House keepers charges for items such as extra towels or linnen is displayed at the villa or can be made available on reqest
Airport transfers are currently charged at 10 euros per person.
Cost for use of the 4Wd Land Rover is currently £360.00 per week + Insurance.
Costs of other optional extra's such as child seats etc are displayed at the Villa or can be made available on request
