This lovely south facing sunny semi detached villa is located in a quiet Cul de Sac on the outskirts of Torrevieja, Jardin del Mar , approximately 35 minutes from Alicante or Murcia airports on the sunny Costa Blanca.
The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, one double and two twins and two bathrooms. One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the downstairs cloakroom so ideal for guests who may have mobility problems. It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) A travel cot, buggy and high chair are available at no extra charge. Parking is right outside the villa.
If needed there are hot/cold air con units in the lounge and main bedroom available on a meter
The lounge has corner sofa seating along with a television with English TV (subject to availability) collection of music CD's, DVD player and a collection of DVD's and a PS2 with games. Beach chairs, inflatables, beach parasol, cool boxes and buckets and spades are available for guests use.
There is also a dining area which seats 6. For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms.
All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Bed linen is provided at no additional cost. There is a hairdryer available.The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, food processor, iron, ironing board and washing machine. At the side of the villa there is a patio area for al fresco dining
Jardin del Mar is in a complex of villas with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min's drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches. It can accommodate a maximum of 6/7 and is available for either short or long term holiday lets throughout the year. (We also have a ground floor apartment in a nearby road sleeping 5 - please ask for details)
Its southern aspect also makes this a warm villa for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sun seekers out there! The large communal pool is for residents only and accessed by a key.
It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20 minute drive of the villa. There are bars, restaurants, two supermarkets, the Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and Sports Complex all within walking distance. This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches.
The rates include all utility bills, (air con is on a meter) your departure clean and being met at the property with the keys (Though for departures/arrivals between the hours of 23.00 – 8.00 there is a small extra charge payable locally) There is a small charge for a 7th person. .
