# Deposit 50% of total payable on booking (to owners' UK Bank Account), with balance payable in cash (Sterling or Euros at prevailing rate) on arrival

# A security bond of £100 - or Euro equivalent at prevailing rate, if preferred - payable in cash on arrival - will be taken, which is returned at the end of the stay subject to deduction for any damage/breakages incurred
