Living room with open fireplace and kitchen on the ground floor, with exit on two terraces; the bedrooms on the first floor boast balconies with a unique view over the surrounding hills. The property features barbecue, a sunny lawn with sun loungers, playground area for children and a refreshing fountain. It’s located within easy reach of Arezzo with its picturesque old town, the Piazza Grande and the frescoes of Piero della Francesca in the church of San Francesco; shopping enthusiasts can’t miss the big antiques market every first weekend of the month! Furthermore, the territory offers the fascinating town of Castiglion Fiorentino (8km) and the picturesque Etruscan town of Cortona (20km); Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and small islands is at approx. 30 km; you can visit Siena with the most beautiful square in the world, the "Piazza del Campo" (80 km) and the Umbrian capital Perugia (70 km). In Olmo (only 3 Km) you will find shops of all kinds, bars, restaurants, to try local specialties and wine. The house is organized on two levels.
