This magnificent villa is totally unique to Tenerife. It is set within its own huge private grounds with large pool, bar and conservatory / sun room. Patio doors from this living area lead out to the huge pool area and grounds. Plenty of sun beds are provided around the pool as well as an outside bar and hammock. There is a lovely marque style area with comfortable sofas providing shade if required. A sun room / conservatory offers table football, an outside drinks fridge and sink. The villa grounds are absolutely huge and offer panoramic sea views down to the south coast. Four of the villas 5 bedrooms are downstairs. On the ground floor there are: 1 x single bedroom with shower room opposite. 2 x twin bedrooms 1 x double bedroom 2 x family bathrooms with bath and overhead shower. When you walk up the impressive stair case you come to an upstairs living area with 2 x sofas and large TV. This leads to the very spacious master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with bath / overhead shower. There are two small sunny terraces both having lovely sea views. This unique villa is set in acres of private land and offers the ultimate in privacy, peace and quiet. A car is essential but there is a BP garage within a few hundred meters where food and drink can be bought. Local bars and restaurants can be found in the nearby area of Guargacho. The villa is 3km form the busy Spanish resort of Las Galletas with its many shops, bars, restaurants and small beach. The shopping area of Chayofa is 3km in the other direction with its many large shops and supermarkets. A further kilometer from here brings you to the very English resorts of Golf Del Sur and Amarilla with the San Blas Commercial Centre and its large marina lined with bars, restaurants and shops.
