The lovely towns of Avsallar and Incekum are about 20km east of Alanya, on the coast between Alanya and Side.   Avsallar is one of the real up and coming towns on this coast, boasting one of the best sandy beaches in the area, along with some stunning scenary. The lively town centre is the best equipped of the smaller towns in the region, with plenty of bars and restaurants along with Turkish baths, a hospital, and all the shops you would expect. There is also a lively mix in the area, as it is a popular resort for the Netherlands, Scandinavia and English. Another characteristic of Avsallar is its truely open and alive for the full 12 months of the year, and is also within an hour of Antalya airport. The word Incekum means “fine sand” in English. It is famous for its sandy golden beaches. It is difficult to find such fine sand anywhere else along the southern coastline of the country. That makes this small town even more worth visiting. The Interior As you enter the Villa by the main door you will enter a large open luxurious living space overlooking and providing access to the Pool / Garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances which include a stainless steel oven/hob , dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge/freezer. The lounge diner is a spacious open plan room, modernly furnished in soft relaxing colours and textures. There is a large dining table with seating for eight two large 3 seater sofas and a large coffee table. Soft lighting provides the room with a relaxing ambience at night and for your entertainment the lounge offers a large Cable TV, DVD & Music System. The large sliding patio doors open directly to the Sun Terrace and Pool area. The Lounge / Diner is fully Air Conditioned and the villa is furnished to the standard you would expect of a luxury home. The villa accommodates 8 comfortably on 3 levels with four bedrooms, one double and three twins, all with their own private en-suites. All bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard and host beautifully tiled private en - suite bathrooms containing a WC,bath or shower wet room and marble topped vanity units with large built in mirrors. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your use. 3 bedrooms have sliding patio doors leading to private balcony areas with breathtaking views of the mountains and sea. All balconies have lighting and seating to relax. The beautiful wrought iron marble staircase provides access to all bedrooms and also leads to a large sun terrace, situated on the 3rd floor, which offers superb sea and mountain views. The Exterior The villa boasts a large (32m2 ) kidney shaped overflow swimming pool with a built in childrens section containing underwater lighting and is surrounded by ample landscaped terracing with dining table and chairs, sun loungers and parasol. Situated at one end of the terrace is a traditional, natural stone built BBQ adjacent to the pool - perfect for al fresco dining. The Villa is surrounded by a walled garden which is newly planted with fruit trees such as Orange, lemon and grapefruit and exotic palms and flowers. There are lights surrounding the perimeter of the property. Undoubtedly, one of Villa Avsallars best features is the huge top terrace offering stunning views over the mountains towards the sea - perfect for catching the afternoon breeze whilst you take a siesta under the shade or for watching the perfect sunset. The garden and pool are serviced daily and a full clean of the villa can be provided weekly if required. Fresh bread and all your necessaties can be bought at the local grocery store which is a 10 minute pleasant stroll from the Villa
