"The Granary is a modern first floor apartment, situated on a 15 acre livestock smallholding, near the Shropshire village of Wentnor. The cottage has three bedrooms - one double with basin and WC, one double and one single - meaning it can sleep five people in total. There is a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The open plan living area comprises a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with Juliet balcony. There is also a ground floor utility room. Outside there is a front patio area with furniture, BBQ and hill views. Covered parking for three cars and two dog kennels are also available. With wonderful walking country on the doorstep and delightful Shropshire towns and villages to discover, The Granary makes a great base for a year-round break."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
