"Wye Cottage is an all ground floor barn conversion, one of two holiday homes set on the grounds of the owner's home, 1.5 miles from Builth Wells. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which are a double and a twin room, both with an en-suite wet room, and a second twin room. There is also a third wet room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there are steps down to a patio and lawned garden with furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub. There is also off road parking for two cars. Wye Cottage is a fantastic choice with a variety of activities available in the area."
