Poseidon 3 is a beach front 3 bed room duplex apartment over 2nd and 3rd floors with 2 balconies and a French terrace. This luxury apartment is at the very front of the complex overlooking one of the many pools and the private beach. The sea views across Fethiyes island strewn bay are magical day or night. Entrance Floor: You have a long corridor with plenty of storage space, open plan kitchen / dining / living room which leads out to your spacious balcony where you will eat ,drink & relax. First bedroom is a double, also on this floor is a wc/shower room. Top Floor: The 2nd bedroom is a double with private sun terrace, 3rd bedroom is a twin. Both bedrooms have access to the 2nd bathroom which has wc, bath and shower. Sunset Beach Club onsite facilities and amenities With excellent on site facilities and beach front location this complex has got it all. This upmarket and secure complex is perfect for families and couples who love the sea and a beach holiday, whilst still being within an easy stroll of plentiful bars and restaurants and numerous day and evening activities. Fethiye town is bustling with life with its bazaars, marina and charming restaurants and shops can be easily reached by a short drive by bus or water taxi from Calis. The Wellness Centre on site includes fitness center, sauna, Turkish bath, massage and beauty center. There are 5 Outdoor shared pools while the villas also have private pools, 3 childrens pools, a private tended beach with free sunloungers and umbrellas, a restaurant, snack bar, pool bar, a mini-market, beach volleyball court, childrens playground, car parking, WiFi internet and 24hrs security and onsite management available. Tours and car hire can be arranged on site or when booking and all manner of water sports are available on your doorstep where you can learn to scuba dive, para-sail, kite surf or windsurf. Your holiday will be stress free and set up for you to do as much or as little as you want Villa & holiday management This property is managed by Property 4 Sale Turkey, they will handle your booking, check you in and be available to you during your stay. When you make your booking they arrange extras, reserve your airport transfers which cost from £70 Dalaman return, arrange a welcome pack from £20, book car hire, mid holiday cleaning etc. These can all be booked via email in advance of your holiday and paid for on arrival. The villa is cleaned prior to arrival, but clients must pay £35 on arrival to cover cleaning cost on departure. There is no mid term clean as standard but this can be arranged for £30.
