Apartment in rustic two-family stone house dated back to XIX century with small above ground pool in the picturesque village of Casoli – the so-called land of Graffiti, immersed in the nature of the hills of Camaiore. The accommodation extends over 2 floors: ground floor with kitchen, living room and bathroom; first floor with 2 double bedrooms (one of which is a passage room). The terraced grounds (not fenced) are equipped for outdoor dining. The area offers many hiking paths. In one hour walking through the woods you may reach the prehistoric cave Grotta all’onda of Casoli. Within easy reach the famous beaches of Lido di Camaiore (16 km), Viareggio (23km) and of the fashionable seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi (23km), Carrara with its prestigious marble (53km), Pietrasanta, the so-called “little Athens” (18km). For art lovers not to miss a visit to Pisa (42km) with its famous Leaning Tower and to the beautiful town of Lucca with its medieval walls (39km). Florence, the city of art par excellence, the cradle of the Renaissance, is at 115 km. For children: at about 60 km the Park of Pinocchio in Collodi. In summertime ferries from Viareggio to the Cinque Terre. Access to the house only on foot through a downhill path of 300m. Car park at 300m from the property.
