This beautiful 3 bedroom villa is located between center of Protaras and Cape Greco National Park in a quiet area of Protaras less than 10 minutes’ walk to famous Konnos Bay Beach. Narcissus Villa has a modern living area that includes fully equipped kitchen with dining and sitting area, and opens up into the veranda with private swimming pool perfect place for dining al fresco. On this level is guest toilet with shower. Upstairs are three good size bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and family bathroom. The villa offers spacious and airy open plan living area with modern kitchen, dining set and sofas. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. The villa has one family bathroom with bath on the first floor and toilet/shower room on the ground floor. This is 2 storey villa with 3 spacious bedrooms 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds; all bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There are air conditioning and heating in living area and all bedrooms without any extra charge. The ground floor is very spacious with open plan lounge kitchen and dining area. The dining area is furnished with a dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests and large open plan fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, and kettle, washing machine, ironing facilities, oven, extractor fan and all cooking utensils. The living room is furnished with modern sofas with satellite TV, Internet access and DVD player. The garden is fenced for privacy with private swimming pool (8m x 4m / skimmer) sun beds, umbrella, outdoor shower and furniture. Nice garden area where you can relax in the shade whilst enjoying a nice cold drink during hot summer days. Private parking is available free of charge. Our company offers 24 hours Emergency Service. The following are offered free of charge: Linen and bath towels, pool cleaning service is provided twice a week , Hairdryer, Safe box. Additional camp bed, baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Additional services are available on request.
