This 7th floor, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms unit is spacious with a full kitchen and plenty of room for the whole family. This condo has all the conveniences of home including flat screen TVs. Walk out on to the balcony to take in the delightful warm salty air and beautiful view of Clearwater Bay, perhaps you might even see dolphins or manatees playing in the water. Harborview Grande is centrally located to all kinds of restaurants, shops and activities. Take the New Beach Walk to Pier 60 to play, eat and shop on the Pier. Daily sunsets are free!! The 1800 sq. ft. open floor plan is perfect for family interaction. Unit also has washer and dryer for your convenience. On site pool is heated during the months of November through March. There is one assigned parking spot in the covered garage and secure entry. HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements: You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants. Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay. No Smoking.
