This fantastic country house stands on a plot of 350 square metres of rural land with lush vegetation. This large and comfortable house has all the necessary amenities to make your stay a memorable one. You can enjoy your meals outdoors on the shaded veranda overlooking the swimming pool. The pool is perfect for enjoying a cool refreshing dip. A brick barbecue is also available where you can prepare tasty meals. From the terrace, through a separate door, you enter another bedroom outside the main building. The house is located less than 2 km away from Coín, which is situated in the southern part of the Guadalhorce valley. It has a rich artistic and historical heritage, especially in the field of church architecture. You will be captivated by the impressive landscapes and forests of the Sierra de Alpujata and the beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol, located about 20 km away from the house. From March - November, you can request the pool to be heated 1 week before arrival. Surcharge of 200 € applicable.
