Finca Lagarillo with a large pool which is let by night with subdued lighting hidden behind old roof tiles and these lights together with the fantastic views add to the romantic atmosphere. Under the covered terrace which is protected from the wind there is a large rustic wooden table with two benches with sufficient seating for 8 people. As the house has electric under-floor heating and an open traditional Andalucian fire-place it can be rented throughout the year. Temperature inside in colder weather is usually over 20 degrees.
The interior of this property is beautifully finished in rustic style, spacious sitting-living room with fireplace, Sat. Tv. , fully fitted kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
From the outside terraces and porch as well from the pool and BBQ area you will enjoy spectacular views through the mountains down to a wide expanse Mediterranean sea.
The small white village of Cómpeta is at only 3,5 km distance. Since July 2009 the whole way to Finca Lagarillo is over a tarmac road.
