It has an oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer kettle, toaster, coffee maker, breakfast bar for 3, and patio doors to the sun terrace. The villa is split level with stairs leading to the bedrooms. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully presented. Bedrooms 1 and 4 both have a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, an en suite and patio doors leading to the to terrace. Bedrooms 2 and 5 each have two single beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Bedrooms 3 and 6 have one single bed, fitted wardrobes, a vanity sink and air conditioning. (Please note that all bedrooms have coin operated air conditioning and there are 2 coin meters. 1 coin meter provides air conditioning in 3 bedrooms.) The outside of the villa is sensational. There is a lovely private heated pool, with plenty of sun loungers and sea & mountain views. Beside the pool there is a fantastic outdoor dining area for 10 guests underneath a canopy. A perfect spot for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the beautiful sea views. There is also a shaded pergola area with a lovely dining table and chairs, creating a perfect shaded area for relaxing. There is also a chill out area with table & chairs beside the swimming pool and a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace. The stunning roof terrace has incredible sea and mountain views. The terrace also overlooks the pool area and has a table, chairs and sun loungers. The manager of this property lives nearby. He is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters.
