Details of the Villa

Dalyan; Turkey's Aegean Region, a small paradise town on the coast. Villa Amazon is a detached villa, situated in the most elegant district of Dalyan with a beautiful private pool and surrounding gardens. There are many restaurants and the local market within 5 minutes walking distance. Slightly further afield, a maximum 10 minute walk you can reach the bazaar centre with; pier, shops, bars, public transport, health centre and banks. Dalyan is set in a flat area so you can easily walk everywhere on foot. If you need a backpack, we can help you with reasonable prices. Dalaman Airport is a 25 minute car journey away. We can help you with reasonable prices for airport transfers. We will meet you at the airport and show you around the villa and arrange for your keys. You can easily reach us by telephone or WhatsApp for any questions you may have, any concerns or advice we are there for you. We live very close by, around 150 meters away. If you decide to rent a car to visit the many popular tourist destinations around area, you can securely park the car in front of the villa. When you enter from the door; you will be greeted by a wide garden with grassy plants, jasmine, honeysuckle fragrant flowers, different fruit trees (orange, lemon, peach, banana) flowering shrub plants and daisies. If you are lucky, you will be here when the fruits are mature to enjoy. The vines and small trees around the gardens act as natural separators, so you enjoy complete privacy from the road outside. The large pool in the garden is 10 meters long, 5 meters wide and 1.50 meters deep. There are stairs and safe shallow areas for entry. The surface of the sun terrace around the pool is non-slip ceramic. There are many cushioned sun beds with umbrellas around the pool, which is professionally cleaned discretely on a daily basis. The area is maintained using only materials approved by the Ministry of Health. There is also a stone barbecue where you can show off your skills on the grill! On the entrance floor of the villa, there is a spacious open-plan living / dining area, spacious bathroom with wc, bunk bedroom, & storage cupboard. There is a large screen LCD television in the living area where UK TV channels can be provided. The fully equipped and modern kitchen opens onto the terrace and garden. For your convenience there is a water machine which provides constant fresh, cold water! There are two tables accommodating 10 people covered by a pergola to give plenty of shade. For dining al fresco, you will love the bougainvillea’s sundeck. You can go straight to the garden and the pool right from the deck. If you wish you can also move your table over to the grassed area to be closer to the barbecue. Up the grand staircase you will see three separate bedrooms independent of each other. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom with wc, large wardrobes, air conditioning and LCD TV. Beds can be arranged for single or double occupancy. French doors lead to balconies overlooking the pool and the garden. Designed in a simple and comfortable way, our villa is clean, spacious, bright and airy. The floor is ceramic and limestone everywhere. There is unlimited internet (wifi) which is fast and free of charge. There is a baby cot, a highchair and an additional bed is also available if you wish. These are of course free. You will not be charged for water, electricity and gas you spend in the villas. The villa is very close to the center where the public transportation vehicles are located. There are public transportation everywhere around. There are minibuses to the Iztuzu sandy beach and cooperative boat to sandy beach via Dalyan channel. Dalyan is very close to every nice places to visit; Yuvarlakçay, Köycegiz, Göcek, Fethiye, Vaccine Bay, Kargicak, ekincik bays, maximum 45 min distance.
