"The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, a dining space and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms include four doubles, one with en-suite shower, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. To the outside is paid parking in a car park at the end of the street, and there is an enclosed garden with beach access. One well behaved dog welcome. No smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 0.5 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach. Breakaway to Driftwood for a wonderful escape to Devon. Note: The twin bedroom can be closed or opened to make a family suite with a double bed. Please note, the maximum occupancy is 10 people. Please note: Between November and February maximum 7 nights, longer stays at owners discretion."
