The large accommodation is composed by a beautiful living room with a partial view over the lake, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. From the living area and the bedrooms access onto the balcony which faces the back, equipped for moments of relax. Thanks to the main road on which the house is situated, the small town of Desenzano is perfectly linked to Sirmione (10 km), famous for its thermal baths, the fun parks pf Peschiera del Garda (15 km), the picturesque villages above the lake such as Riva del Garda, paradise for surfers, and Padenghe sul Garda (excellent olive oil and D.O.C wines). From the promenade in Desenzano boats to the Veronese shore of the lake (a few minutes drive). 43 km Verona, 154 km Venice.
