Rose cottage has three bedrooms; two large doubles, (One of these can be a twin) and a third bedroom (Twin) which, although large, has some restricted head room and is therefore most suitable for babies/toddlers, two children or teenagers. The third bedroom has an adjacent WC and wash basin, it also has optional air conditioning, as does one of the double rooms.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave and all the other items you would expect to find in quality accommodation. The living room has a wonderful stone fireplace with wood burning stove, although this serves as a cosy feature more than a means of heating as the cottage is centrally heated (in the cooler months). It comes fully equipped including UK Satellite TV, DVD player etc.
Vine Cottage has two bedrooms; one double and a twin. The main bedroom is on the ground floor, accessed through the kitchen. The twin, which is situated on the first floor, has its own WC and wash basin. The twin room can, if required, be changed to a double.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and all the other cooking items you would expect to find in quality accommodation.
The main bathroom is located on the ground floor with a separate WC. Equipment includes UK Satellite TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi stereo.

Rental Conditions
A bond of 100€ per cottage must be paid in cash on arrival. This bond is refundable and is paid only as security for damage that may be caused by the Guest or his party. The bond is refundable on departure.
In an effort to make your stay more relaxing, we can provide a welcome basket of essential groceries at a cost of 40€ per cottage in the case of late, or Sunday arrival. Similarly, an evening meal can be prepared at a cost of 15€ per head, including wine.
A deposit of 20% must be paid in euros (€) by electronic wire transfer within 7 days of the booking made to secure the reservation. Full payment is required 8 weeks out from date of arrival. Full bank details are available at time of booking
