Our apartment is at the heart of the City of Edinburgh overlooking the world famous Royal Mile. All major tourist attractions are within walking distances, eg 5 minute walk to Edinburgh Castle. You will love the vibrancy of the location and yet find the flat peaceful just as we do. You will find this the perfect location for your city break. Everything is on your doorstep, local amenities, shops, restaurants, clubs etc. Enjoy the local history, visitor attractions, perhaps researching your family tree or a gentle stroll down through Princes Street Gardens.
Our flat is at the centre of all Edinburgh's transport connections (5 mins from train station, 10 mins from bus station, 25 mins from Edinburgh Airport).

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental is payable when you make a booking. No booking shall be treated as complete until the deposit is paid. The balance is payable 6 weeks before the arrival date. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of the arrival date, the rental must be paid in full immediately.
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Shorter lets may be available by arrangement. Full details on owner’s website.
Preferred changeover is Saturday, or by arrangement. Check-out by 10.00am and check-in not before 2.30pm
