Details of the Apartment

This two bedroom apartment is located within the port of Estepona in the popular apartment complex called El Faro. The flat has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living room with dining area/fully fitted kitchen and a lovely south west facing terrace with views to the port and sea overlooking Gibraltar and Africa. This apartment comes recommended as a good holiday apartment with garage, WIFI and IPTV streaming package with several international channels. The property provides a private parking space in the underground garage and there is a fenced community swimming pool. We consider this apartment great value. The apartment is located to the east end of Estepona Port – The Old Town side rather than the Gibraltar side. The beaches are only a few minutes´ walk away and there are many bars, restaurants and a few small nightclubs nearby. You have a choice of two supermarkets just a few minutes´ walk away. It is a 25 minute drive from opulent Marbella and Puerto Banús, where you can find more sophisticated restaurants, high end shops and an extravagant night life. This is a great location for families with children looking for a relaxed holiday or a couple looking to escape the northern winters. Close to beach, restaurants and Estepona port In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
