This calm rustic house is fully air conditioned and is located in the countryside just 2 1/2 kilometers from Estepona town. It is a great escape for a summer break. It has three bedrooms and three ensuite bath/shower rooms (the twin room has access directly onto the front terrace, the second double bedroom has access to the rear terrace and the main bedroom has access to the gardens (via the shower room). It is fully equipped for a relaxing break. There is television in the lounge area (with some British channels and ADSL internet access. There are also Ipod docking station available. The gardens are spacious and have lots of areas for sitting or for children to run around in. Fruit trees are dotted around, so help yourself! (The property is entirely fenced, so ideal if you want to bring your dog) The good sized private pool is located to the side of the house and has plenty of space around it for sun loungers. There are large terraces to the front and rear of the house and a cabaña is located next to the pool which is ideal for escaping the sun and relaxing with a cool drink and a good book. The house is ideal for relaxation in the countryside, yet in easy reach of the town of Estepona with all its facilities. The beach is less than a 5 minutes drive, 30 minutes walking and about 7 minutes to the hypermarket of Carrefour by car. Please note that there are some steps inside this house to access both double rooms. Do bear this in mind when considering it. Rural location 2 1/2 kms from Estepona In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
