This beautifully presented, three bedroom, town house is perfect for families wanting to be right next to the beach. It has three floors with the ground floor having the large lounge/dining area, kitchen and access directly out on to the south facing terrace and then to the community gardens and the sea. All bedrooms and the living room have a fully functioning and new air-conditing system. The house is decorated in a very modern style with only quality fixtures and fittings. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the third has use of the family bathroom. There is a (fenced) community swimming pool for your use only 50 meters away, where kids can make new friends. BBQ not allowed to use in July and August (community rules) This is a very high quality property in an enviable location which we highly recommend to our clients, especially as the owner provides 6 beach towels for you! This property now includes high speed internet so you can share your adventures with all your friends. Stunning modern property in a great location. You can walk over the beach to the famous Playa del Cristo and Estepona port. The lovely development of Doncella Beach is situated on the western outskirts of Estepona making it easy to quickly get into the town and port with all the facilities and amenities they have. Just a short walk from 2 supermarkets. The house is located 3 KM west of Estepona town centre in the direction of Gibraltar. It is in a very quiet seafront urbanisation. The walk into Estepona port takes about 30 minutes along the beach. Estepona has a small but popular nudist beach (together with accommodation) is located a short walk along the beach in the direction away from Estepona Town. There is also a beach snack bar located here for food and drinks. Doncella Beach, front line in Estepona In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
