A luxury apartment perfect for families wanting to stay right next to the beach and not so far away from Estepona Port. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with dining area, fully fitted kitchen, cloakroom and a south facing terrace with sea views. A very spacious and wonderfully decorated property with WIFI and Air con in all bedrooms and living room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the large terrace. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom and the third bedroom is also a twin bedroom. The large terrace is covered with a dining table for six, a comfortable seating area and two sunbeds to relax on and enjoy the wonderful views of the sea. This property provides a high speed Internet connection with an international TV streaming package just for the living room´s 40" flat screen. The other flat screen located in the master bedroom only provides Spanish channels. A fully fitted kitchen is also available for your use. The property provides a private parking space in the underground garage and there is a large fenced community swimming pool for adults and a seperate children´s pool. The landscaped gardens of the urbanisation are well maintained and are a joy to walk through to gain access to the quiet beaches of this seafront development called Riviera Andaluza. It´s located on the western outskirts of Estepona making it easy to get into town and port with all the facilities and amenities they provide. Just a short 25 min walk to Supersol supermarket and located 2.5 KM west of Estepona town centre. Estepona Port is only a 25 minute walk along the beach passing through the famous Playa del Cristo beach with its two large beach bars, ideal for families and friends. Beachfront complex, 20 min walk to Estepona port In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older. You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself. We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible. Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk. Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
