To the rear, your own private patio looks over the adjoining communal lawned gardens, Monterey pines and open countryside beyond. Inside, the spacious open plan lounge/diner has comfortable sofas and glazed doors to the outside seating area. Also on the ground floor is a smart well equipped fitted kitchen. Upstairs are the family bathroom and two bedrooms - a bright and airy master and a family room with three single beds. The estate facilities are excellent and for the exclusive use of residents. The leisure centre houses a 15 metre indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and a lofty games hall with a pool table and table tennis. Outside, are a sun terrace and communal BBQ area, two all-weather tennis courts and an enclosed children's play area. Maenporth Beach, a pretty, secluded cove with a sandy beach is a short walk down the hill. Note: Swimming pool closed for repair from 1st November 2022- March 18th 2023"
