Details of the Cottage

"12 Trinity Way is a superb detached house is situated in The Bay coastal holiday village, close to the town of Filey. The lodge can sleep four people in two bedrooms, which are a king-size double and a double (zip/link) which can be a twin, both with en-suite shower facilities. The rest of the lodge is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and a private decked front patio with furniture and communal grounds with picnic areas and lakes. There is use of the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room, and additional facilities including the gym are available at extra cost. The beach is a short walk away, and Filey and the rest of the coast are easily accessible, making 12 Trinity Way an ideal year-round retreat."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
