Welcome to Ajoupa villas. It is a gated estate of fourteen houses with a shared ten metre pool. This is a very well equipped semi detached villa with two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, fitted wardrobes with a full length mirror and fitted with a wall safe for your valuables. There is a balcony where you can enjoy sea views or watch the beautiful sunsets that the west coast of Barbados are famous for! The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and another mirror. They are both air conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans for guests who prefer tropical breezes.
There is a large high quality spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath. Towels and linen are provided. Just bring your beach towels for the pool and beach.
A minimum stay of five (5) nights is required during the Summer period (April 15 and December 14). During the winter (December 15 – April 14) a minimum of Seven (7) nights is required. Over the Christmas period there is 14 night minimum.
BOOKING OPTIONS AND PROCEDURES
When a tentative reservation is received from you, we will hold this space between 2 - 3 weeks from the date of booking. During this time, we request a 25% deposit by date advised in order to confirm the booking. Divine Travel Consultants reserves the right to release/cancel the reservation should the deposit not be received in our office by the specified date.
N.B. If a booking is made at the last minute or is less than one month away, full and final payment must be received in our office prior to the client’s arrival.
On receipt of the deposit, we will confirm the booking and forward our receipt and our invoice showing the balance of the rental.
Payment for the balance of the rental is due 60 days prior to your clients’ arrival in winter and 30 days prior to arrival in summer. We will confirm receipt of final payment of this booking by forwarding our receipt to you.
The reservation must include the villa booked, name and address of guest, arrival and departure dates, flight details, children ages where applicable, food and transfer requirements.
