Fitts Village boasts an authentic Italian restaurant as well as many local cuisine eateries. Freshly caught fish for sale at local beach - perfect for sushi!

The conch shell is blown to let the village know that fish has been landed. Fitts Village is a sleepy fishing village on the west coast of Barbados. With its white coral sand and aqua marine waters, the beach is a fun setting for a family's day out. Water sports from skiing; scuba and wreck diving ; swimming with the turtles is at hand. A 10 min drive leads to the famous Sandy Lane Golf course and a little further is the lively Holetown with duty free shopping; happening night life including a street karaoke on Sunday pm; acclaimed gourmet restaurants and fast food outlets. Fitts Village is 20 min drive to the historic capital,Bridgetown where there are municipal markets with a bright array of tropical fruits, spices and vegetables.January welcomes international jazz artistes and guests to the open air jazz festival whilst in March there is the Sandy Lane Gold Cup for horse-racing afficionadoes. International surfing competitions is the focus in November . A smile wide is Barbados.
