With a private swimming pool, air-conditioning heating and, four bedrooms with 4 double beds. This newly built villa has everything for a comfortable living and relaxation by the beach. The house benefits from swimming pool 8x4 meters overflow landscaped garden, smart housing system with central music system and lighting and many more luxurious specifications. The villa is fully furnished with modern indoor and outdoor furniture. There are outside furniture (for 6 persons), 2 sunbeds with umbrella, barbeque area, 3 bedrooms are upstairs and one bedroom on the ground floor. All bedrooms have 5feet double beds with inbuilt cupboard space. There are 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. Outside there is a pool shower. At the back of the house there is a service room and a store room attached. All rooms have air-conditioning - hot and cold. All rolling shutters in the house are electric. The sitting room is modern with leather sofas and there are 3D Flat TV, DVD/CD player, central music system inside and outside the house, central lighting system and Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen is well equipped including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary kitchen cutleries. Clean bed sheets, linen and bath towels included once a week and pool cleaning and maintenance twice a week free of charge. Please not that for electricity is additional charge subject to consumption. Limassol and Larnaca tourist area where you can enjoy night life is less than 30 minutes’ drive. Water parks, seasonal festivals like...Wine Festival or Carnival, and so many ancient places of interest can be found in the area like the two Neolithic villages situated 6 kilometres away. There is a horse riding center nearby, Water Park, Zoo, Camel Park and a biker center. Visiting Nicosia, Paphos, Akamas, or Troodos Mountains is less than one hour drive!
