Overlooking a green valley in the Chianti, in the small, picturesque village of Lucolena in Chianti, Il Casalone is a comfortable country house with a private swimming pool and rooftop terrace. The intention of the owner was to make this property his own country house, the villa has been tastefully decorated, and quality accessories and bathrooms finished in marble adorn this little gem. The central location of this villa allows guests to easily reach all the main villages in the Chianti (Castellina, Gaiole, Radda, Panzano) and the main towns and cities in Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra. The oval-shaped swimming pool (14x7, 1.3-2.5 m deep) (01/04-30/09) is lined with natural stone, which declines into a pleasant English-style lawn, where you can relax and cool off even in hot summer days. Adjacent to the pool there is an equipped barbecue area that allows you to enjoy all the comforts while outdoors. A chef, maid services and cooking courses are available and to be requested when booking and to be paid for on the spot. (attic): 1 single bedroom open to the stairs with toilet. Basement floor: 1 double bedroom with vaulted ceiling and a shower cabin.
