Everyone that has stayed in our house have loved the french feel to our home with its traditional french furniture, but with all the mod cons and comfort of home. Guests also remark on the very high standard of cleanliness we have. Our priority is making sure all our guests leave our house with lots of lovely memories of a wonderful holiday and wanting to return as many have done.
Our 3 storey house has 2 large double bedrooms with original stone floors and plenty of storage space, plus a large twin bedded room.
There is a conservatory leading into the enclosed garden with bbq and seating for alfresco dining or just lazing.
No need to bring any towels (except beach towels) or bed linen, as everything you could possibly need is at the house.

Holiday House In Olonzac, Herault

Olonzac is central for catering for every type of holiday whether just to relax or being energetic. Olonzac boasts having one of the best weekly markets in the area. The village has all the shops and amenities you require without having to travel anywhere. There is a lovely park in the village with childrens playground and tennis courts. Just five minutes drive is a lake for watersports or just relaxing on the grass. Also the Canal du Midi is just down the road for boat trips.
Bicycles are available for hire and can be delivered to your door, there are some lovely cycle routes in the area.
In one direction are the mountains and the other are the wonderful safe beaches of the region.
History is in abundance and so many sites to explore. The wine is plentiful and we are surrounded by vineyards so there are many places for tasting.

***NEWS FLASH**** The Tour de France will be cycling through the centre of Olonzac on 17th July.

2 Large double bedrooms with original stone floors and plenty of storage space. One is on the first floor and also the twin bedded room. The top floor has a large double bedroom again with plenty of storage and a lovely view overlooking the garden and mountains.

A toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor is a seperate toilet and a bathroom which has a french bath with an overhang shower and sink. The top floor has a lovely large room with hand basin, hair dryer, large bath and seperate shower.

Rental Conditions
25% deposit is required when booking. Eight weeks before departure the remainder must be paid, plus a security deposit of £100.
If last minute booking, the full amount is due immediately.
Tourist tax is included in the price, and electricity and water.

Longer term rentals are available upon request.
During the winter months there will be a small charge towards heating.
