"The Coach House is a detached cottage, dating back to the 1830s, set all on the first floor, next to the ownersÆ home, in the Pennine town of Holmfirth. It sleeps four people and has one family room with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a single sofa bed in the sitting room. There is also a dining area in the sitting room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Outside there is off road parking, a patio and a terraced garden. Holmfirth sits in the heart of the beautiful Holme Valley, just north of the Peak District, an area renowned for its stunning scenery and dramatic landscapes - so why not pull on those walking boots or hop on a bike and discover all that this splendid area has to offer? The Coach House is sure to provide the perfect base for a rural retreat at any time of year."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
