"Barn Roost is a charming family cottage that is pet friendly and sleeps 4 people in a rural location of Ruthwaite.á The cottage has two first floor bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with feature beams and 1 bunk bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children only.á There is a shared family bathroom with a shower over the bath, basin and WC.á Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, where you can expect everything you need to enjoy a self-catering holiday, with a lovely dining area which leads onto a beautiful lounge with a cosy wood multi fuel stove, where you can unwind with a glass of wine after a day on the fells.á There is a conservatory that you can use to dry out your walking clothes and has access to a secure garden for your pets."
