The beautiful villa with 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 2 kitchens with seaview, big pool, jacuzzi and playarea is situated in the urbanisation Tosalet in Javea in a very quiet area, but with restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars and the beach of Arenal very nearby. There are even some shops, a pharmacy and restaurants in walking distance. Because of the quietness of the urbanisation we do not rent the house to groups of young people. The distance to the beach of Javea Arenal is only 2,5 km. The property is fenced and there is room to park about 4 cars. There are 6 bedrooms "outside". you can enter the bedrooms via the terras. There are some extra costs for electricity. 0,30 eurocent per used kilowatt. In the extra´s it says 0,30 per night, but that is because there is no other option.
