"The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen, dining room, and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and two twins, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with lawn and furniture, along with off-road parking for one car. Within 1.8 miles, you will find the nearest shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Enjoy a fantastic stay in Devon at Riverbank. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Maximum of two dogs accepted. Note: typical for a cottage of its age, this property has low ceilings throughout and steep stairs which could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues so please bear this in mind when booking"

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
